It allows users to register for educational webinars covering two programs: the CEA Solar Plus Program (the first utility-backed solar and battery program by Clean Energy Alliance and SDG&E) and the SDCP Battery Rebate Program (the largest battery rebate program SDG&E has ever offered through San Diego Community Power).
The website is for lead generation and educational purposes only. No products or services are sold directly through the site.
If a user expresses interest in moving forward after attending a webinar, Swan Corporation will continue to handle all follow-up communications and next steps related to solar evaluation and program enrollment.
2. Eligibility
To use this site and register for events, users must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a residential homeowner (not a renter or commercial client)
For CEA Solar Plus: Reside in a city served by Clean Energy Alliance — Carlsbad, Del Mar, Escondido, Oceanside, San Marcos, Solana Beach, or Vista — and be a current CEA customer.
For SDCP Battery Rebate: Be a current San Diego Community Power customer with an existing or planned battery storage system.
3. Communication
By submitting your information through the form and selecting communication preferences, you agree to receive messages from Swan Corporation via:

- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) messaging
You may unsubscribe from any communication channel at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
4. Limitation of Liability
