This website (www.discoverclean.energy) is operated by Swan Corporation. It allows users to sign up for in-person solar energy seminars hosted in select cities within San Diego County.

The website is for lead generation only, and no products or services are sold directly through the site.

If a user expresses interest in moving forward after attending a seminar, Swan Corporation will continue to handle all follow-up communications and next steps related to solar evaluation and potential program enrollment.

2. Eligibility

To use this site and sign up for events, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Reside in one of the following cities served by Clean Energy Alliance: Carlsbad, Del Mar, Escondido, Oceanside, San Marcos, Solana Beach, or Vista
• Be a current customer of the Clean Energy Alliance
• Be a residential customer (not a business or commercial solar client)

3. Communication

By submitting your information through the form and selecting communication preferences, you agree to receive messages from Swan Corporation via:

• Email
• SMS
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) messaging

You may unsubscribe from any communication channel at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
